The ACT Education Directorate has updated the enrolment and transfer arrangements for all ACT public schools.

If you are enrolling your child to start school or if your child is transferring to an ACT public school at any stage, you will need to use an online form. This online Enrolment Form is located in the 'Enrolling in a Public School' section of the Education Directorate website. When choosing your preferred school, please ensure you select, '...an Early Childhood School.' https://www.education.act.gov.au/public-school-life/enrolling-in-a-public-school

If you have difficulty accessing a computer to complete the online enrolment form please contact the school for assistance. A translator can be arranged should you require one. Please make an appointment on 6142 0044.

All enrolment requests are stored electronically and sent to the first choice school after 30 May. Decisions regarding offers of enrolment/transfer are made after the closing date.

Preschool to Year 2 Early Entry Enrolment

Early Entry or accelerated entry is offered to eligible families to meet the needs of their children in the early years of their education. Eligibility information and procedures are located on the Education Directorate website.

Child Care Enrolment

All enquiries regarding enrolment in the child care component of Lyons Early Childhood School should be directed to the Child Care Director, WCS on 02 6142 0054.
